Refund policy

   Exchanges

• Orders are exchangeable within 14 days from delivery, and 30 days for defective items

• Products must be exchanged in unused condition with the original packaging.

• In case of receiving a physically damaged product(s) or wrong, a different product(s) exchange will be done for free within 4-6 working days inside Cairo, and 5-7 working days outside Cairo.

• In the case of exchanging normal orders, shipping fees will be added.

 

   Refunds

 

• Refunds are not accepted during Black Friday or any major sale periods
• Orders are refundable within 14 days from the date of issuing the receipt, except during sale periods.
• Products must be returned in unused condition with the original packaging.

• In case of receiving a wrong product or a defective product, the full amount will be refunded without any shipping fees.

• In the event of a refund due to a change of mind, any shipping fees paid will be deducted from the product's price refund.
